Uploading Photos

Can I send lots of photos in one go?

Yes - our bulk image uploader for pcs and macs allows you to upload 100's of photos in one go. The bulk uploader needs a modern browser such as Google Chrome, Firefox, Microsoft Edge etc. installed to run.

Downloading Photos

How do I download photos?

All the photos sent to the site are stored at their full hi-res size. To download photos you will need to have subscribed to one of our upgrade plans (Gold or Platinum). Our "free" service does not allow downloading. Once your account is upgraded you can download individual photos by clicking on the icon. Individual photos are send to your device as a .jpg file at full size.

You can also download entire albums by clicking the "download" button within an album. For your convenience you will be able to download all the photos as hi-res (great for printing) or lo-res versions (suitable for facebook etc.). Album downloads will be sent to you as a .zip file which contains all the photos in it. If you do not have a program to open zip files already jzip is a good choice.

Can our guests download and is it free for them?

Yes - once you have upgraded your account to the Gold or Platinum service your guests will be able to download photos and albums at no extra cost.

Arranging Albums & Sorting Photos

Can I change the order that the albums are displayed in?

Yes you can by simply clicking on an album and dragging it to the position you would like. You will see all the albums making space for it. Please note that this is only possible on pcs/macs and not via mobile devices.

Can I change the order of photos in an album?

Yes - we provide quite a few sorting options so that you can see your photos arranged beautifully. When you click into an album you will see a little drop down menu to the top left of the page after "Show photos uploaded by:". This menu list all the ways you can arrange photos. You can sort by:

1) JUST ADDED - When the photos were uploaded (so that you can easily see new additions)

2) TIME TAKEN - When the photo was taken. Please note that not all photos save the date/time they were taken but this will allow you to see the days events as they unfolded.

3) TAKEN BY - Just the photos sent to you by a particular guest.

4) ARRANGE YOURSELF - Simply select this sorting option and then you will be able to drag and drop photos in whatever order you like. Once you have done this arrangement it will become the default view for your guests.

Account upgrades

Is the site free?

A limited version of the site is free. You receive 30"mb of photo storage space for 30 days with your free account. Please note that downloading photos is not available within the free account.

What do the upgrade packages provide?

Our Gold and Platinum upgrades each allow unlimited photo storage space, unlimited invites and unlimited downloads for you and your guests for 6 or 12 month respectively. You will receive full support with your account.

Changing logins/passwords

How do I change my login email and password?

There is a link to "my account" at the top right of the website screen. You can change your login details here.

What is "my personal web address

This is simply a web address that you can use on your wedding website or blog to let your guests login on a more personal page. You can change the last part of the web address to whatever your choose just as long as that address isn't already in use by another wedding couple.

What is a guest password?

This is the password that your guests need to use to access your account. It defaults to your name so it is easy for them but you can change the password within your account to anything you choose. Remember not to change the password after you have invited your guests as the password they have will be out of date and not work!

What is a default upload album?

This is the album that guests photos will default to when they upload via the website or mobile apps. Your guests can choose another album to send photos to but quick snap photos taken by mobiles using our app will always load straight into this album.

What is social sharing?

Turn this off to stop your guests being able to share photos via facebook etc.
