Kathryn and Edward celebrated their wedding on 22 October 2022 with a traditional wedding in Llangybi.
This picture perfect village in Monmouthshire has a local church and a choice of reception venues where you can host your evening celebrations. The couple used Wedding Photo Swap to share their professional photographs as well as a place for wedding guests to upload their own wedding day snaps – we love the behind the scenes selfies and a peek at the bride just before she walks down the aisle.
Kathryn and Edward had a dreamy autumn wedding in the sunshine surrounded by family, friends and a host of bridesmaids and groomsmen. The bridesmaids wore gorgeous dark green wedding dresses with mismatched necklines and hem lengths, all beautifully matched while letting each bridesmaid choose something to suit their style. The groom and his groomsmen wore traditional suits with grey jackets and dark green ties as a nod to the bridesmaid gowns. Kathryn’s off the shoulder dress came with a cathedral length detachable train, meaning a dramatic walk down the aisle complete with a full length veil, while the dress was transformed in the evening into a chic gown perfect for dancing.
The couple said their vows in a traditional church ceremony, followed by a reception in a beautiful stone barn-style venue that was romantically lit with twinkling fairy lights. This traditional style venue was then transformed in the evening with neon lighting and plenty of dancing, drinks and celebration.
